Class Descriptions:
I
Abs Express: A quick 10-15 minute workout that will tone and sculpt your abdominals.
Boot Camp: An hour long indoor and/or outdoor “boot camp” like class designed to help tone your body and burn fat.
Body Blast: A total body workout that gets your heart pumping and sculpts and tones your entire body.
Butts N Gutts:
A 45 minute conditioning class that targets your glutes and
abdominals. This class emphasizes on strengthening the
abdominals and toning the glutes in a simple and easy workout.
Cardio Express: It’s simple…30 minutes of heart pumping Cardio. Get ready to move, sweat and burn calories. Suitable for all levels.
Cardio KickBox: An energetic workout which incorporates martial arts, kickboxing and boxing techniques, as well as abdominals and stretching.
Cardio Pump: A 60 minute cardio workout that will have
your heart racing and body sweating. This energetic
workout incorporates boxing techniques with non stop cardio
moves
Group Training: Boot Camp Style Workout meets Functional Training. This class will take you through a series of heart pumping, body sculpting movements that will give you that look and feel you always wanted. This class can be customized for all levels of exercise experience.
Circuit Training: A combination of cardio moves,
total body resistance exercises sep in 20 different work
stations.
Muscle Endurance Training: A strength and cardio combination class that utilizes free weights for the major muscle groups and the step for SIMPLE 3 minute drills to stay at a fat-burning stage. This class will increase strength, endurance and bone density and is great for all ages and levels.
Pilates: A 45-60 minute core conditioning class suited for all levels of fitness. It emphasizes controlled movements, strengthens the abdominals and back, increases flexibility and improves posture.
Express: 30 minute class
Spin®: A 45-60 minute cardiovascular workout performed on a stationary bike which will get your heart pumping, tone and sculpt your legs and work up a great sweat.
Step & Sculpt: A 60 min aerobics workout designed for all fitness levels. This is a great cardiovascular workout, while stepping up and down on an adjustable bench while incorporating total body toning and sculpting moves.
Step, Drill, and Abs: A 60 minute cardiovascular workout that will get your heart racing. This class will take you through drill segments with very little choreography needed and conclude with a short abs session.
Strength N Stretch: A 60 minute class consisting of flexibility with core stability, balance and strength training derived from one's own body weight with occasional use of resistance equipment.
Total Body
Conditioning: A complete body workout with resistance
training.
UBW: “Ultimate Body Workout” is a combination of cardio segments and body sculpting for that “Ultimate” body workout in an hour.
Yoga: Provides fundamentals of breath, alignment, postures, and stretching while relaxing your mind and body through meditation.
Zumba:
A combination of high energy and motivating music to maximize
caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. This latin-inspired
dance exercise is a mixture of body sculpting movements with
easy to follow dance steps.
20-20-20: This class includes 20 minutes of strength training, 20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of abdominals/core for a total body workout in 60 minutes.
